Why GTA 6 skips last-gen consoles
Rockstar has not given a reason. The game is reported at about 210 GB (GTA 6 file size), and Rockstar’s Rob Nelson has said even current consoles run development builds at 30fps. Rockstar’s previous game, Red Dead Redemption 2, launched in 2018 on PS4 and Xbox One, and those consoles are now 13 years old.
